In this configuration, the Switchback is perfect for carrying your essentials with you (like locks, tools or lunches) while keeping the weight off your back.
When you arrive at your destination, it is time for the Switchback to perform its party trick: unzip the top zipper and out folds a 20-litre wax cotton backpack with enough space to hold your full-face helmet. The two high airflow shoulder straps click into the same buckles you just used to mount the Switchback to your bike. The backpack compartment has a corduroy base to protect your helmet’s paint. Ready to hop on the bike again? The backpack very easily tucks away in the lid. Zip it shut, re-attach the buckles to the mounting straps on your bike and off you go.
The materials used by Wentworth are of fantastic quality, with waterproof YKK zips throughout, sturdy waxed cotton outers and a super durable gold ripstop liner in both compartments.
